Our team

This is who does the work. No departments, no layers in between. Read where they come from; it usually says more than a job title.

Hans van Summeren

Hans van Summeren

Chief Executive Officer - Managing Director

Hans leads Andreas Capital as its CEO, CIO and Managing Director. He holds ultimate responsibility for the firm's management and its investment policy, and heads the asset management team. His whole career has been in investment, and as a director he stays close to it.

Hans began his career in 1997 in Germany as a trader in German government bonds and went on to manage portfolios specialised in convertible bonds at the predecessors of InsingerGilissen and at F&C Asset Management (now Columbia Threadneedle), where he ran some two billion euros of convertible-bond investments worldwide. From 2006 he put his experience to work for private clients at Van Lanschot, first as a senior private banker and later as Regional Investment Director, where with a team of thirteen professionals he managed and advised on more than 1.5 billion euros of client assets. In 2014 he moved to Deutsche Bank in the Netherlands, managing and advising the wealth of UHNW and HNW clients. Hans joined Andreas Capital in November 2017.

Ramon Hyndycz

Ramon Hyndycz

Chief Operations Officer - Authorised Manager

Ramon is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, account management team, IT and the firm's organisational setup. His focus is an efficient, scalable operation: clearing obstacles and putting technology to work so that people and processes carry the work rather than hold it up.

Ramon has spent nearly twenty years in private banking and wealth management. At ING he served as the daily point of contact for international UHNW clients and played a key role in the bank's largest infrastructure migration across Private Banking and Wealth Management. At Deutsche Bank, as Assistant Vice President, he coordinated the transfer of part of the Dutch client portfolio to the Luxembourg booking centre. He joined Andreas Capital as Head of Operations in 2018 and became COO in 2022.

Robbie van de Wijnckel

Robbie van de Wijnckel

Senior Asset Manager

Robbie manages clients' investment portfolios on both a discretionary and advisory basis, and is Lead Investment Manager behind the Andreas Capital Equity and Fixed Income strategies. Equities or bonds, it comes down to well-reasoned, disciplined decisions and to careful stewardship of what clients entrust to the firm. That is also why he oversees client asset protection at Andreas Capital.

Robbie has worked in the investment industry since 2006, across both equity and fixed income. He began advising private clients at Fortis Bank and, from 2009, covered the European investment-grade bond market as a Fixed Income Analyst at Van Lanschot. In 2012 he moved to asset manager 2PM in Luxembourg, where he rose to Head of Portfolio Management. There he was responsible for the investment strategy, led a team of five and managed the 2PM Bond fund. He has been a Senior Asset Manager at Andreas Capital since 2017. Robbie holds an MSc in Economics from Tilburg University (2005) and has been a CFA charterholder since 2017.

Rogier has worked in investment for more than twenty years. He began at Aegon Asset Management, spending twelve years there as a portfolio manager, and then became an investment strategist for the Unilever pension funds. In 2019 he moved to fiduciary manager MN, and since 2025 he has worked as an independent consultant to family offices. Reinier Beelaerts van Blokland

Senior Asset Manager

As Senior Asset Manager, Reinier builds and manages investment portfolios, with an emphasis on strategic asset allocation and preserving wealth over the long term. He approaches investing with an engineer's eye: as a graduate from Delft University of Technology and with a background in quantitative risk management, he wants to understand the risks and the construction first, before reaching for the opportunities.

Reinier began his career as a quantitative analyst and spent more than eight years at Swiss Life in Luxembourg, working in asset-and-liability management and in structuring and valuing hedging portfolios for variable annuities. In 2018 he moved into the world of family offices, first as Investment Manager at the single family office Group Nerisa, where he led equity research and portfolio construction. Since April 2022 he has been with Andreas Capital as Senior Asset Manager, managing portfolios on both a discretionary and advisory basis and co-managing the Andreas Capital Equity and Fixed Income strategies. In 2009 he moved to ABN AMRO in Luxembourg, first advising UHNW clients as a Senior Dynamic Investment Advisor and, from 2012, as deputy head of investment advisory, a department he ran on an interim basis in 2013.
