Chief Executive Officer - Managing Director
Hans van Summeren started his career in Germany as government bond trader and subsequently as institutional portfolio manager in the asset management departments of the predecessors of Bank InsingerGilissen and the Bank of Montreal. In that capacity he managed until 2006 institutional mandates as well as listed investment funds with focus on international convertible bonds. Since his move to Van Lanschot Bank in 2006 Hans has used his knowledge and experience as investment specialist for the benefit of private clients. Thereafter as Product Manager Hans co-designed the investment policy at Van Lanschot’s Investment Office to become afterwards Regional Director supervising a team of 10 asset management specialists. Then, in 2014 Hans chose as Investment Manager to contribute to the growth and development of the Wealth Management activities of Deutsche Bank in The Netherlands. Hans joined Andreas Capital in November 2017, and as the Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director he is responsible for the executive management, the investment policy and leads the asset management team of Andreas Capital.
Chief Operations Officer - Authorised Manager
Ramon is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, account management team, IT and the firm's organisational setup. His focus is an efficient, scalable operation: clearing obstacles and putting technology to work so that people and processes carry the work rather than hold it up.
Ramon has spent nearly twenty years in private banking and wealth management. At ING he served as the daily point of contact for international UHNW clients and played a key role in the bank's largest infrastructure migration across Private Banking and Wealth Management. At Deutsche Bank, as Assistant Vice President, he coordinated the transfer of part of the Dutch client portfolio to the Luxembourg booking centre. He joined Andreas Capital as Head of Operations in 2018 and became COO in 2022.
Senior Asset Manager
Robbie van de Wijnckel graduated in 2005 as MSc in Economics at the University of Tilburg, The Netherlands. He started his career as investment advisor for the private market at Fortis Bank Nederland. In 2009 he switched to Van Lanschot Bankiers to work as Fixed Income Analyst. In this role he closely followed the European corporate and government bond market. In 2012 Robbie decided to move to Luxembourg. As Senior Portfolio Manager with asset managers 2PM Luxembourg, he was responsible for the investment policy. In December 2017 he joined Andreas Capital where he fulfills the role as Senior Asset Manager. Robbie is a Chartered Financial Analyst of the CFA Institute since 2017.
Senior Family Officer
Rogier joined Andreas Capital in 2026 as Senior Family Officer. He began his career at Fortis Investments as a portfolio constructor, before spending twelve years at Aegon Asset Management in various portfolio management roles. During that period he built broad experience across a range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, currencies and commodities. After Aegon, he managed the tactical asset allocation portfolio of the Unilever pension fund. In 2019 he moved to MN, the fiduciary manager for some of the largest pension funds in the Netherlands. As an investment strategist there, he gained valuable experience in advisory work and deepened his knowledge of private markets, guiding boards in building more resilient investment portfolios. In 2025 he set up as an independent consultant for family offices and asset managers. For Andreas Capital, he focusses on the Dutch family office relationships. Alongside his consulting work, he teaches at the University of Amsterdam.
Rogier holds the CFA charter awarded by the CFA Institute.
Senior Relationship Manager
Sander joined Andreas Capital in 2026 as Senior Relationship Manager. With over fifteen years of experience in the financial sector, he builds lasting relationships with entrepreneurs and high-net-worth clients, grounded in trust, engagement and sharp financial insight.
His background as an asset manager gives him a solid foundation: he understands how wealth works, what trade-offs matter and what clients genuinely need over the long term. At Andreas Capital he is responsible for managing wealth management relationships and developing new business in The Netherlands.
Sander holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
Senior Relationship Manager
Jos Rotteveel started his career in the financial sector in 1974 as a trainee at AMRO Bank N.V. and held various positions in the investment domain up to 2001. His last post was as Senior Investment Adviser. In 2001 he joined Suxeskey, which later merged with Andreas Capital, where he currently works as Senior Relationship Manager.
Senior Asset Manager
Reinier Beelaerts graduated in 2008 with a master’s degree in engineering from Delft University of Technology. He started his career as a Quantitative Analyst at Swiss Life in Luxembourg in the department of Variable Annuities. Still at Swiss Life, he became a Senior Hedging Officer where he mainly focused on structuring derivatives transactions to hedge the underlying market risks. In 2018 he joined a single-family office as Investment Manager with a focus on investments across the capital structure of publicly listed companies. In April 2022 he joined Andreas Capital as a Senior Asset Manager. Reinier is a CFA charter holder since 2016.
Chief Fiduciary Officer
Pascal Martis started his career in 1998 after obtaining his bachelors degree in marketing, as a trainee private banking at Van Lanschot Bankiers. After various investment advisory positions, he moved to ABN AMRO Luxembourg in 2009, where he was also responsible for product management in addition to a position as senior investment advisor. At the time of his departure, he was heading the investment advisory team. In 2014 he joined Deutsche Bank Luxembourg before joining De Raekt, a single family office and founder of Andreas Capital, at the end of 2016. In late 2018 he was appointed Chief Investment Officer. Within Andreas Capital, Pascal is responsible for serving Family Office relationships since January 2022.
Account Manager
Nienke ter Avest has over twenty-five years of experience in the financial sector. She spent ten years at ABN AMRO Bank Luxembourg, holding various positions across ABN AMRO Trust, Investment Funds and, in her final two years, Private Wealth Management. In 2008 she joined Luxembourg Finance House S.A., a single family office, where she remained until moving to Andreas Capital in January 2026.
As Account Manager, she is the daily point of contact for our clients.
Co-founder - Non-Executive Director - Chairman of International Advisory Panel
Bart Le Blanc studied economics at Tilburg University and obtained a PhD in Law at Leiden University. He started his career in government (Office of the Prime Minister) and in 1980 became Director-General of the Budget at the Ministry of Finance. In 1983, Bart moved to the financial sector taking up a Board position at F. van Lanschot Bankiers. In 1991 he became the First Secretary-General of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London and, later Vice President of the EBRD. In 1997, he joined La Caisse des Dépôts in Paris as Director of International Finance. Between 2004 and 2011 he was the Group CFO of URENCO Ltd. in Great Britain. In addition, he used to serve as Chairman of the Board of APG (over EUR 450 billion in pension assets under management) and was Chairman of the Investment Committee of the United Nations Operations (UNOPS).

Rob van Oostveen is CEO and CIO of the Janivo, a Dutch family office. Before joining Janivo, Rob spent eight years at Van Lanschot, one of the three largest Dutch private banks. In several roles as a Managing Director, he has been responsible for the Investment Office of the bank, its Belgian branch and its Corporate Banking division. From 1998 till 2008, Rob worked at ABN AMRO Asset Management in several roles. Rob is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has post-doctoral degrees in management (MBA INSEAD) and financial planning.
Member of International Advisory Panel
Yvo Boon has been manager of the board office of the SPW pension fund since 1 May 2022. He is a very experienced and well-developed pension and investment specialist, who is well able to manage investment portfolios. Before that, he was CEO of CZ Fund Management BV, the asset manager of CZ Health Insurance, for 12 years. He has also previously managed investment portfolios at CenE Bankiers and Van Lanschot, among others. He has completed various internal and external investment courses, including the VBA course to become a Registered Investment Analyst (RBA). He recently obtained his EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA®) diploma and now has extensive experience with ESG investment projects, partly due to his active role in the ICSR covenant of the Insurance sector and now the ICSR covenant of the pension sector. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Internal Supervisors of the Pension sector (VITP) and, in addition to his work for Andreas Capital, performs a visitation function at two pension funds through the Pension Fund Visitation Committee. He was also a member of the accountability body of SBZ Pensioenfonds for four years.
